My buddies and I finally made time for this trip. Never really thought about travel insurance until a friend mentioned it. Well, I laid down a rental motorcycle on vacation in Ireland. The damage was thankfully minor and I wasn't hurt, but when it happened, lots of scary thoughts went through my head. Packed light for a liveaboard surf trip in Indonesia - my 3 fave boards wrapped in double-foam cases. After a day+ of travel, I opened my bag at baggage claim, and my heart sank - boards in pieces.
